OpenHertz products that offer paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription payments. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund

Please include the product name, your account email, and (optionally) the reason for your refund. We'll process it within 5 business days.
After a Refund
Your account will be downgraded to the product's free tier. You retain access to all free features.
Renewals
Refunds apply within 7 days of any payment, including renewals. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings — your paid access continues until the end of the billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations, or requests made more than 7 days after the payment date.
